WHAT'S THE PROBLEM?
GKirby Collection tasked me with helping them build a high level of consistency within their branding and its application as well as producing new and exciting marketing materials for use across various touch-points. From email signatures to custom showroom signage, there was plenty of work to be done to really enhance GKirby Collections pre-existing brand identity.
HOW WAS IT SOLVED?
After a good few years, it was time to address the issues of the current logo. With a multitude of PNG files in a single drop box folder, I could immediately understand what GKirby Collection were in need of. Firstly, I gave their current logo a refresh to make it a little thicker to avoid issues with print. This caused GKirby Collection issues in the past when having their logo embroidered. Thickening the type meant that it could be produced at small sizes as well as large to help make their mark wherever necessary. The logo now features a 2D design, as opposed to the old extruded version which had been poorly made. This makes the logo much more applicable to a wide range of touch-points and prevents any issues.
I took the time to implement these logo changes everywhere. Autotrader, Pistonheads, Dealerkit, their website, internal documents, you name it. I made this process seamless for GKirby Collection so they didn't have to worry about the implementation of their updated logo and ensured it was consistent across every platform.
To help GKirby further, I was tasked with creating a fresh newsletter template within Mailchimp that could be edited and sent out to hundreds of clients every few months. The first send-out was received incredibly well by its audience with many people contacting GKirby Collection directly to commend them.
On top of all of that, I regularly create social media content for GKirby Collection through various means. If it's not photographing new stock for their website and social media, it's filming exciting show-reels for some of the high-ticket vehicles with the addition of text-based posts here and there too.
All this has helped GKirby Collection to increase their online social presence and generate more and more leads, ultimately bringing in more revenue for the business.

THE PROCESS
By carefully analysing key competitors, I have been able to produce marketing materials that deliver results for GKirby Collection whilst developing GKirbys own online presence. With a knack for detail being the cornerstone of everything GKirby Collection does, it was important for me to dive into the specifics. After developing an understanding of what GKirby Collection really stood for, I was able to instill this into every part of my design work.
RESULTS
GKirby Collection have stated that the newsletter has helped to gain the attention of customers and has received an array of positive feedback. The email signatures I have designed have also help their day to day communications feel more professional and personal due to having the employees profile image, as well as contact details and company information. GKirby Collection's new logo has proven to be versatile and useful for all necessary applications, such as their website, AutoTrader store, Email signatures, and more. Ongoing content creation has already increased interactions across the GKirby Collection Instagram and Facebook pages, leading to more enquiries for the business.
