WHAT'S THE PROBLEM?
Insight Executive Solutions (IES) reached out to me after seeing the work I had completed for GKirby Collection. They loved the email signatures and wanted their own that would match their brands visual identity whilst providing essential information. Simple, effective, and on-brand were the main goals for this project.
HOW WAS IT SOLVED?
The end result of this project was a sleek, minimal email signature that employed the visual identity of IES. Previously, the company's email signatures lacked contrasts and failed to instill the fundamental aspects of the brand. The new signature uses a encompassing shape to hold the information together, a profile image to help add a personal touch to online communications, and most importantly the vital information needed to contact the company.
THE PROCESS
The process, as always, was very collaborative. With constant communication back and forth throughout the process, the team at IES were always up to date with the progress of the project. For each iteration, myself and IES would have a call to go over what was working and what was not which was an efficient way of bringing us to a strong conclusion. Once we were certain on the design, I created a step by step guide on how to implement the signature that could be shared with employees to make the integration seamless.
RESULTS
The team at IES were very pleased with the final outcome. They felt confident that their new signature added an extra level of professionalism to their brand and ultimately helped them when it came to email communications. Having a branded email signature can be what makes you and your company stand out and increase sales by adding a sense of credibility as well as trust.
